- Introduction to Sports Physiotherapy: role of the physiotherapist, functional recovery and biomechanics in injuries.
- Evaluation and Preventive Tests: movement analysis, area-specific tests and use of technology for assessment.
- Bandage and Functional Support Techniques: functional and neuromuscular bandages, applications by area and differences between rigid tape and kinesiotaping.
- Therapeutic Exercise for Sports Injuries: rehabilitation protocols, strength, motor control and use of isoinertial and eccentric training.
- Readaptation and Return to Competition: return planning, discharge criteria and multidisciplinary work.
